One of my most favorite dishes ever - Paani Puri!!! I like the very traditional ones - with potatoes, moong and the very sour and spicy water. I can never get enough of them. So when I heard of a dessert Paani Puri, I was skeptical. I did not think I would like it. But to my surprise it was a fun eat.
Let me explain what it is - The puri is coated in chocolate (think chocolate covered strawberries), it is filled with a mousse and it is accompanied by a chocolate chai chaser - what do you think??? Take a look at the picture
