The second of this three part wish list is:

Chanel Giant Pearl Necklace

Talk about statement making accessories. Chanel has done it again by introducing their oversized pearl necklace at the Spring 2014 show. Since then, the necklace priced at around $2,800, has been featured in most major publications and also shown up around the neck of Chanel obsessed star Miley Cyrus.

Zara's version, priced at only $19.90 has smaller sized pearls but is similar in concept and style.

Zara to the Rescue - Part 1

There are many things that I covet but the price per item is high and the total for all the things I REALLY want can get pretty overwhelming. Time and time again - Zara has come to the rescue. They have many pieces in their current collection that have been clearly "inspired" by some of the bigger labels and brands.

Here is the first of three things that I really like - right now - and can get similar pieces at Zara.

Ek Thongprasert necklace 

These necklaces are created by jewelry designer Noon Passama S. and  fashion designer Ek Thongprasert who moved from Thailand to Antwerp to set up their label. These contemporary and innovative necklaces combine colored silicone and stone pieces to create some of the most amazing pieces of jewelry you have ever seen. The prices start at $500 for the smaller pieces and go up to $1500 for the more dramatic ones. Of course the ones I like and want are closer to upper end.

Chanel Perfume Bottle Bag & Phone Case

There cannot be a better way to start your blog than writing your first post about Chanel. I am obsessed with everything Chanel.

I fell in love with the Chanel Perfume Bottle Chain Bags when they were introduced last year as part of the Chanel Cruise 2014 Bag Collection. In two colors Clear and Black, they are priced at USD $9,500. Dang!!!!!! Ofcourse Rihanna has them in both colors :(((

For those of us who cannot or will not spend that amount on a trend - not all is lost. We can still enjoy this trend.
